Management is quick to respond. Heat and water are always good. Great natural light, tons of space. Finished rooftop and balcony. Maintenance people are friendly and punctual when needed.
Cons:
Occasional roach, however, there is a pest control group that comes and sprays once a month. Appliances could be updated. The lobby and stairs area does not get cleaned very often, usually has dust bunnies/leaves/dead roaches.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work!

Pros:
It was not far from the subway stop. It was near grocery stores and pharmacy.
Cons:
I used to know someone who lived there before. The rats came in through the toilet and gnawed through it to get out. Terrorized the entire apartment. That tenant left 2 months earlier than end of lease. The super refused to acknowledge the issue although he did send someone to supposedly take care of it. Didn’t really help much. It was also difficult to reach the super. He was very rude and even annoyed that we even thought it was an issue.
Advice to owner:
Change managements. Properly deal with the rat infestation.
