So far so good?
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious with rooftop and back garden access
Friendly neighbors
Close to myrtle station
Cons:
Management slow to respond and doesn’t seem to check ticket requests to fix the house so you have to call
Once you call though they’re pretty prompt
Advice to owner:
Please check the tickets!

Great rooftop views

Great rooftop views. Modern building. Laundry in basement
Cons:
Small bedrooms. Can't adjust AC for each room, only the whole apartment
