Pros
Rooftop access (if you dare), secluded cool neighbors that don’t tell on you
Cons
Almoat everything else. Construction that’s falling apart, as in the ceiling and walls will get huge water bubbles thag leak and pop, qater would leak through LIGHT fixtures, landlords that never cared about making the space livable. Also- and most importantly- and illegal property with no occupancy certificate, that was built sharing a wall with an even venue with NO sound insulation. Went to court with cobblestone management (and won).
Advice to the owners
Actually fix the place and don’t overprice it. I love how they tried to rai se rent after dozens of emails asking thwm to fix the water leaks as if they never happened lol.
