Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews at 393 Weirfield Street in Brooklyn highlight the building's cleanliness, amenities, and friendly staff as positives. However, issues with management responsiveness, maintenance delays, and security concerns were raised. Despite the modern amenities and cleanliness, there are recurring problems with elevator outages, noise levels, and package thefts, leading to a lack of recommendation from tenants. Suggestions include improving management communication, addressing security issues, and providing more value for the rent paid. Overall, while the building offers attractive features, there are significant areas that need improvement to create a better living experience for residents.

Worst Building Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is nice, clean, and offers amenities. Super is great.
Cons:
Please read the google reviews on this building before you make any decisions. Despite the building being nice, I still would never recommend it to a friend because the management here does not care at all. The amenities all come with strings attached (deposits and fees for gatherings), and there is a new issue every day (broken elevator, noise, stolen packages).
Advice to owner:
Hire new building managers who are attentive, communicative, and actually care about the tenants. This is not a warm community to live in.

Management could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is new, and it is clean
Cons:
Management is a nightmare, repair will take ages, lost two packages in the past nine months, trapped in the elevator twice, also the doors are paper thin
