    Loudest block in Flatbush

    Pros:
    Big rooms, not subdivided, nice big windows. Good people in the building.
    Cons:
    Typical unresponsive management of a stabilized building with a big landlord. In 2019 teenagers from all over Flatbush came to this block to hang out all night long & it was LOUD

    Great building with some annoying neighbors

    Spacious and affordable
    Cons:
    Pest control is needed consistently. Upstairs neighbors are very loud blasting music in the middle of the night and all day. Constantly stomping and yelling and it sounds like they work out at home and drop weights on the floor. Super inconsiderate and impacts living experience a lot
