    Pros:
    Quiet. Safe. Good neighbors. Large units. Good lighting. Laundry in building
    Cons:
    Maintenance response. Facilities are dirty. Bad roofs so leaking ceilings.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a better system for maintenance response. Fix the root of issues instead of applying quick fixes.
