Loud but Clean
Pros
The super is terrific- keeps the building clean, is responsive, and kind. No pest issues.
Cons
Noisy. You can hear your neighbors and the building next to two bars that have outdoor patios. There is a lot of street noise as well and the hotels next door and behind have been turned into shelters. The building is not energy efficient and has a lot of windows - expect high utility bills and a cold apartment in the winter.
Advice to the owners
Try to prioritize your tenants rental experience. Quality of life and safety matter, especially when your rent prices are high.
