    Well maintained building, would recommend

    Pros:
    The landlord is great and neighbors are laid back and nice. Stays warm in the winter. Great water pressure.
    Cons:
    There are rats on the street and the neighbors Nextdoor can be noisy due to use of the outdoor courtyards which the bedroom is near
