Mostly good, except for manager

Pros

This building is clean, neighbors are friendly, and layouts are spacious. Concierge staff are especially courteous and helpful.

Cons

The property manager is a jerk and threatens to fine you for every little thing (especially with pet ownership). It never happens, but he's really rude about it. Maintenance doesn't seem to know why they're referred to your apartment and can enter at the wrong times, which is the manager's fault 100%.
