Good neighbors, bad landlord

Pros:
Good location, good neighbors, unit has dishwasher and washer dryer
Cons:
Landlord is irresponsible, irresponsible, people who work for him never show up, always has someone else to blame, is negligent about repairs.
Advice to owner:
Grow up

After living their for a year, I was able to talk down my rent during hard times.
Cons:
The property manager wasn’t responsive when it came safety in the building. We had break-ins, and I had a problem roommate that he did nothing about.
