Too expensive - mold, smells,
Pros
The units are cool vibe and lofted ceilings are beautiful. The location is also great. However for me the cons outweighed the pros. The management was responsive to requests however they bandaid most issues and don't fix root issues.
Cons
Rent is too expensive for the state of the units. The heat/AC window units were super inefficient so be prepared to pay massive utility bills in the hot summer and cold winter. There is mold in a lot of the units and they just paint over it. The laundry room and the hallway around it always reeked of odor. The gym was filthy and they don't clean it often or ever(?). The dog roof is gross and causes water leaks and thus mold into the units below on the 4th floor.
Great building but expensive

Amazing space, saw no pest in two years, natural lighting is amazing
Cons
Electric heat, windowless bedroom is horrible in the summer and rent goes up hundreds each year
