how bad is the package theft situation, do they do anything to prevent it

they do nothing. i would not live here. rats in the basement, roaches in apartments, crackheads that argue, fight, and do + sell drugs across the entire building and steal packages. management knows but does nothing about it. avoid this spot at all costs.
