Decent apartments with great management

Pros

Apartments are a decent size. A lot of restaurants in the neighborhood, couple of supermarkets too. A few gyms around. Close to many trains lines into the city. Management is the best in the city! Melissa the property manager is awesome!!! She is super friendly and responsive (which is very rare in NYC). She always has someone to help out within a day or so.

Cons

The block can be a bit loud/dirty. Homeless people frequent this area.
