    Loved living here
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - Landlord is very responsive and typically gets to problems within a day or 2
    - Right next to the park
    - Neighborhood is around lots of great places
    - Spacious apartments
    Cons:
    - Thin ceilings, not much privacy if you’re in above units (basement not so much)
    - Lots of rats in the backyard
