Noise Canceling/Eaplugs Mandatory
Pros
- Trash management and hallway cleaning are on schedule does a great job.
Cons
- A corporate managed building. - Horrendous maintenance. - Not soundproofed at all (neighbor door slamming, baby crying/conversations from different floor). - Woman who doesn't know how not to slam her door. Letting the whole apartment shake. - Parents who let their kids scream on top of their lungs/stomp in the hallway. - Blocking narrow entrance with strollers. - There is a parent with an infant who continuously smokes weed inside the unit. The smell reeks through the central air. Noise canceling earphones and earplugs will be mandatory to live here.
Great to Come Home to
Pros
Very spacious. Tons of natural light. Everyone is friendly. Not a lot of neighbors. Landlord is great and responds quickly. Super close to multiple transportation lines. Great for families and folks looking for a quiet area.
Cons
The basement where the trash collection lives is always dirty. Once came down and it was flooded.
