Pros:
Bus stop right infront of building Rent stabilized IKEA is nearby Not far from downtown
Cons:
Disgusting building Parties almost every weekend Loud music Loud neighbors Neighbors smoke marijuana in hallway Drinking in hallway Party in hallway Repairs take forever Packages get stolen
