There are people in the lobby who hang out and smoke drugs everyday. The rodents get into the holes by the heater. There are people in the building who play music very loudly I can hear it from the upper or lower floors and nothing is being done.
Advice to owner:
Stop the people from smoking drugs in the lobby. Do something about the rodents problem and stop people from playing their music loud so others can hear it and disturb them

The area is quiet some days.
Cons:
Neighbors steal packages because the postal worker doesn’t place packages in the lockboxes to keep them safe.
