179 N 7th is a Great apartment
Pros
They fix everything when it’s broken even the lights in a timely manner. Not a lot of tenants so elevators are very fast. Fastest I’ve ever had. Great place to live. wish I didn’t have to move but am moving for work
Cons
Building management is basically unresponsive during Jewish holidays. Not a major issue while I lived here but could be. On top of a day care or something so when the weathers nice the kids are outside and it’s annoying (if you apartment faces the back). Very quiet at night (if apartment faces the back, can’t speak on the front)
