    Well maintained, clean, quiet building, solid amenities and awesome staff
    Cons:
    Rent price increases of 3% per year add up

    Great place, sad to leave this building

    Best view in Williamsburg by far
    Everyone who works there really wants to help and are so nice
    The building is perfectly located next to the J and M trains
    The windows really cancel all the noise
    Amenities are good
    Units are quite big for location and price
    Cons:
    Management decides when to turn on heater and AC, so you might find yourself without it for a couple of days within seasons

    The heat is too hot and they won’t turn it down

    Turn down the heat temperature
