Pros:
Honestly the neighborhood is the selling point of this neighbor (restaurants everywhere!) + the fact the owner has 25 other buildings in Cobble/Boerum Hill, Bk Heights, and Park Slope so he typically keeps rent below market.
Cons:
Not many amenities. Some units have dishwashers, but no washer/dryer anywhere. I’ve seen an occasional mice but mgmt is punctual about addressing this.
Advice to owner:
Some units could use a big of an update, eg bathroom tiling, kitchen cabinets, etc.
