Project building in the midst of gentrification

Pros:
Cheap rent, spacious, but they’re increasing their prices
Cons:
Dirty, neighbors loudly listen to music in the front, leave trash everywhere, cockroaches everywhere.
Advice to owner:
Have maintenance come once a day to clean everything.
