Pretty decent building

Pros:
Two supers. Pretty responsive as long as you stay on top of them. You
Cons:
If it’s not considered an “emergency” it’s a pain to get anything replaced/fixed.

Free utilities, good location
Cons:
Incessant drilling, roaches, peeling paint, banging pipes, mold, water leaks, old dilapidated kitchens, no accessibility ramp, etc.
Advice to owner:
Fix your building if you want to have any owners/tenants and avoid fines
