    The neighbors for the most part are lovely, I've made some good friends while living there...
    Cons:
    Pests! Roaches & mice; predominantly roaches.
    Advice to owner:
    Remove recyclable from staircase area

    Cons:
    Pests run the building; roaches GALORE! Climbing the walls, floors; they live in the black baseboards and reside in the overflowing garbage in the stairwells (why is garbage and recyclables allowed in the stairwells?!?). Just a serious health hazard. RUN!
    Advice to owner:
    Clean up, hire an exterminator that is knowledgeable, remove the recycle bins from the stairwells.
