Poorly insulated means it’s freezing in winter and sweltering in summer. Expect your electricity bill to be north of $500 per month. Poor ventilation means cigarette smoke and other unpleasant smells will vent into your apartment. Razor thin walls means you hear everything adjacent to you. Laundry is filthy and barely works. Ongoing construction by management without notice. Unresponsive property manager and disgruntled super, who does not live in the building as advertized. No Fios available and poor internet connection. Unfinished rooftop that gives you intense static shocks if you dare to go up. Skylights that let rain and snow in. Leaking plumbing between floors.
Advice to the owners
Replace Justin as a property manager and listen to tenants.
