Loved living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
I've lived in this building for over 5 years and the time has really flown. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance to Prospect Park and the amazing shops and restaurants on Vanderbilt and Franklin Ave. This is a corner building with so much character and generous windows, right above a beloved local restaurant. Our landlord is extremely responsive and mindful of our needs.
Cons:
Lots of new construction in the neighborhood.

Good building in nice neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Nice amenities (nest thermostat, new appliances, central air) - Fun safe neighborhood - Landlord is responsive and reasonable and keeps the building in good condition
Cons:
- Restaurant downstairs and CrossFit across the street are egregiously loud sometimes. There are some late-night vibrations in the walls that can be annoying - Roach problem (living above a restaurant)
