Big windows, not much else

lots of light, very uninvolved management which has its pros and cons, big windows, responsive landlord
Cons:
slanted, poor water pressure, no buzzer for door, hard to get packages

Pros:
Great location, near Win Son. Good natural light and windows in every room. heating very strong in the winter -- so much so that we kept windows open
Cons:
Bugs in the summer. And mice were an issue during the winter until we got a cat. Landlord only relatively responsive
