Likeable, Modern, Noisy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern fittings, love the high ceilings and stairs within our apartment making it seem massive. The rooftop was cool. Wash/Dryer in-unit. Management somewhat responsive.
Cons:
The street is TOO DAMN NOISY. Graham Ave has so many cars playing loud music at weird hours of the night. Also a noisy truck parks weekly on the Siegel Street side servicing the Old Person's home next door with meals (?) for about 2 hours each time - means you may not get a good sleep if you live in this building. No amenities. Seemed way overpriced
Advice to owner:
Lower the rent, double glaze the windows so the noise from outside is lesser

Convenient location, but loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is fairly quick to respond to maintenance issues. A lot of conveniences in the neighborhood
Cons:
Neighborhood noise is very loud, low water pressure and sometimes a roach infestation

Very bright apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is located in a great location, Good maintenance staff,
Apt has large windows from the ceiling through the floor with lots of natural sunlight.
Cons:
Building is located on a very busy corner, which I couldn't handle.
