Pretty solid apartment

Pros:
Very responsive landlord who always responds to texts promptly. Friendly and always sends help for repair requests.
Cons:
Obvs not the landlord’s fault but this building is located in an area where a lot of big loud trucks come through in the morning.

Pros:
The building is well insulated, and the windows (when closed) are pretty good at keeping the noise out. There's also safe and secure keypad access to the building.
Cons:
You are living on the corner of a busy street/ industrial area (Flushing) so it can get a bit noisy.
