An Ok building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Current owner is WAY better than the former one. The building is cleaned regularly, pests are a non - issue. Management is responsive, but some of their staff don't know what they're doing. Still way better than Top Quality Management.
Cons:
Water pressure is bad. Floors are very bad quality in the units.

Pros:
Neighbors have always been great in the year we were here, people dont seem to stay in this building that long. Theyre all young and upwardly mobile it seems haha. Very little sound transference between units aside from hallway noise coming through the door. The rear unit we had gets great direct light in the late spring and summer but none in the winter. Windows are all big, at least. Water pressure is fine even on the top floor. Appliances work really well and are pretty new. Cant say I ever dealt with the management company, so have no clue what interacting with them would be like.
Cons:
The bedrooms in our apartment are tiny. Should have been a 3 bed instead of 4. The ac window units are awful at removing humidity so I actually bought a dehumidifier because it was kind of unbearable in the summer. Window units provide heat as well so our electric bill was insane during the ConEd spike last winter. Windows are kind of leaky in the winter, definitely had a sliver of very cold air coming in my room. I’m not sure what the street facing units are like (theres a school/ball court across fromthem) but there can be SERIOUS loudspeaker noise from the backyard with people throwing weekend parties in spring or summer that can go really late, like until 3am occasionally. this is not a good place if you like to sleep on the weekends but that is maybe more this neighborhood than the building itself.Some of the construction is kinda meh, like we realized after moving in that one of the towel rods had been ripped out of the wall and was just hanging. Still works though haha, never bothered getting it fixed.
