Rooftop, gym, responsive super, rent stabilized, big windows and a lot of natural light. Spacious
Noisy because of the street, rooftop not maintained well and furniture in tatters. Experienced package theft twice. Cheaper finishes.Otherwise good.
Rooftop has a lot of potential and they should replace the furniture.
A few good amenities. (Some of them don’t really work) and a luxury building
Not a great location and not a great super
