Pros
The building is beautiful and in a nice area of Brooklyn Heights, convenient to lots of places. The building is well taken care-of for the most part.
Cons
I struggled a lot with the landlords, one of which told a maintenance contractor to attempt to forcefully enter my apartment while I was on a call with my CEO which was outside of the generous window of time I had provided for the repairs. It was scary and I complained to the other landlord. I believe they did not renew my lease because I complained which is illegal and concerning.
Advice to the owners
Be respectful to your tenants and do not intimidate them
