Neighbors are nice and understanding It’s honestly just a place to live. Nice rooftop

Not clean and never cleaned like ever If you have issues, good luck. They won’t be fixed Make sure you note and document everything wrong with the apartment once moved

avoid - horrible managment
Pros
the neighbors were nice and laundry in the basement plus roof access were a plus
Cons
horrible slumlord management. There was a period were my apartment didn't have hot water (in the winter) and it took the management over 11 days to respond and resolve the issue. They also try to pawn off their con Edison bills to the tenants. Management has a fake address for their office and its nearly impossible to reach them.
