No words to say but bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
None at this time
Cons:
When I lived in the building it was big on drug activity, gun violence. The elevator was always out of order . The main door was always broke. Drug users where always in the builder as well as drug dealers 10th floor and next build too. It was terrible especially to have your kids around.
Advice to owner:
Put camera in the lobby and elevator and stairs really screen residence before renting.
