Building is a coop
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is a coop, with a few rentals. So if any rentals apartment need work it’s up to there landlord not the coop.
Cons:
The rental apartments are owned by Beachlane management 111 North Central Park avenue Hartsdale NY, a slumlord! Mark Scharfman, Mitchell Rothken are the problem why the rentals have issues.
Advice to owner:
Slumlords never win!
