Roaches Rats (not mice BIG RATS) - Landlords did nothing about Unresponsive Landlords Very combative to tenants. They forced a Muslim family out of their apartment because the neighborhood was gentrifying.

Advice to the owners

Stop being garbage human beings and provide your tenants with livable conditions. Stop treating your building as a tax write off you greedy <multiple explicit unflattering words that describe greedy slum lords>
