    Nice apt, fantastic location, but ROACHES

    Pros:
    Responsive super, great location
    Cons:
    Not the nicest cabinets, floors, etc. nor have they been installed perfectly. Floors are also quite uneven.

    My biggest issue has been trying to keep a bug infestation at bay. The super has been very responsive in helping combat but he is not a professional and does not follow professional exterminator protocols to the infestation is never fully resolved (now going on 2 years).
    Advice to owner:
    Deal with the building-wide roach infestation ASAP
