    Pros:
    Comfortable
    Close to everything (transportation, Police Dept., Restaurants, etc)
    Cool Neighborhood
    Nice view
    A lot of Parking
    Good Heat
    Cons:
    The landlord/Management office
    High Rent for lesser value
    Sirens late at night
    Advice to owner:
    Lower the rental amount! It is truly not worth as high as you are requesting.
