Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 379 Washington Avenue highlight a generally clean, quiet building with high ceilings and good natural light. Tenants praise the responsive and professional maintenance staff and superintendent. Neighbors are described as friendly and considerate, contributing to a peaceful environment. However, concerns include occasional heating issues in winter, package theft risk, and rent increases impacting long-term residents. Some renters express frustration over diversity loss tied to rising market-rate rents and urge management to consider low-income housing options. Overall, the building is well managed, but ongoing upkeep and community inclusiveness remain areas for improvement.

Pros:
building has high ceilings, natural light, generally clean, very quiet, online task management system worked well, provided quick service for issues. super is the best!
Cons:
upkeep has gone down hill since 2020 when there were employees in the building daily. however, it still feels well maintained. akelius would not clean windows around lease renewal. packages could be stolen easily.
