It's alright I guess

Pros:
The laundry was good to have-- when it worked. Kitchen is actually pretty good. 2/3 rooms have closets. High ceilings.
Cons:
The washer kept breaking, our door lock broke (neither of these were fixed in a timely fashion), the landlord painted our shower floor with wall paint so it got moldy. These rooms are pretty small, even by NY standards. Hallway layout is bad.
Advice to owner:
Fix the washer once and for all, and please dear god fix the showers.

Bathroom is a closet
Super thin walls (you can hear your neighbors fart)

Smh, sell the place
