Decent size living rooms (communal space), the bedrooms are a good size for an office and/or a podcast, when you actually get heat during the winter, you get heat throughout the winter, the backyard and laundry room is open to everyone
Cons:
The super is lazy and takes forever to get stuff done. When you get help with an issue, it’s half done and left with a mark that causes future issues instead of finishing the job. Provides promises of handling issues and almost never get them done appropriately, the laundry room was position in the wrong space for optimal use. The communal space that leads to the backyard is used as a junk room instead of a laundromat for the building. The small room that’s used as a laundry room should be more utilized
Advice to owner:
Make sure the building is clear from bugs and pests on a routine basis
