Good landlord, great block
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very responsive landlord. Didn’t raise rent during two years we were there. Monthly pest control services (there were basically zero pests in the apartment).
Cons:
Apartment didn’t have heat or hot water when we moved in because it was a new boiler and they were awaiting city inspection, but landlord didn’t charge rent until it was turned on.

Be wary of the broker. We were advertised a fee-free apartment and after applying and having been selected from dozens of other candidates, were asked if we wouldn’t mind paying the broker’s fee.
