    Management company is full of slumlords.

    Management does not care about issues and does not actually fix anything. Illegal living conditions.

    The location is great
    Cons:
    RATS, management takes forever to fix anything, heat is HORRIBLE. the building is old and cheaply renovated and does not hold heat. The guy who does the trash doesn’t clean it up and doesn’t remove the dead rats out front. There is a large fly issue in warmer months. DONT MOVE HERE.
    Advice to owner:
    Actually maintain the building and hire a super that actually cleans
