    wonderful apartment not wonderful owner

    Pros:
    beautiful apartment with great finishes and very quiet windows! being tucked back from the road keeps even the street facing rooms quiet. there is great light throughout and the roof is also very nice.
    Cons:
    the landlord was a total jerk. i'm not sure if its changed ownership or not since 2020 but he would get angry and send us crazy emails if we asked for any sort of maintenance or improvement and did not stay on top of issues at all. We spent thanksgiving with no heat and had leak damage that he did not tend to for six months. i believe it sold so it might be better now! its really a beautiful place.
