Cons:
The Home owner is nasty, the home is nice looking at first sight but to love there is to live in a prison. The nice begin to surface, roaches everywhere. The landlord is untrustworthy and potentially dangerous. If she don’t like you, she will go to major lengths to destroy your reputation and your property, and have people you never met helping her including her husband. They focus on outside appearance but pay for cheap work to be done so something is always falling apart. Even the interior of the roof is decaying there are major leaks running into the apartment. Just a piece of trash painted with Gold.
Advice to owner:
If you do better by people your life would be better. Appearance doesn’t rule over what’s inside
