The ceiling is high. Appliances are new. The floor plan is unorthodox that it is interesting to creatively work around it.
Cons:
The building had a security problem. We pressed the management to set up a lock and a fence to deter the package thievery and non-residents hanging out/doing drugs in front of the building. After multiple rounds of communication the lock and the fence were finally installed. I hope this problem is finally solved.
The neighborhood is loud. Especially the traffic has created a lot of noises. The enclosed section of the building was used to be quiet until the restaurant has moved in. The restaurant makes a lot of noise with its fan and ventilation, let alone its guests. It opens into very late hours. By the way, the restaurant owner directed racial slurs to us when we asked him to lower the noise.
The building has a huge sanitation issue with how to dealing with the garbage. The building once received citation for the violation. The problem has become more pronounced after the restaurant becomes operational.
