    My first NY renting experience and it was perfect

    Pros:
    Favorite amenity is the rooftop, and apartment is big overall. Landlord is very responsive for maintenance and quickly fixed any issues.
    Cons:
    Hard to say, just our kitchen cabinet is a little squeaky.
