    Decent building but nonstop construction noise

    Pros:
    The staff (front desk, super, porter) are all so helpful and nice. Common spaces are kept clean.
    Cons:
    Construction on the prison across the street goes from 7AM-midnight on weekdays, and 9AM-5PM on weekends. They also keep the lights on at all hours.

    Appliances in my unit were quite old. Some of them don’t function properly but that’s due this specific unit’s owner refusing to fix them.
