    Overall really enjoyed living here!
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - Responsive management
    - Friendly super
    - Lots of space and natural light
    - Back side of building really quiet
    - Great area
    Cons:
    - Dirty building hallways
    - Gaps between floor and walls caused pest issues—however management was quick to address
    - A lot of poorly done fixes around the apartment
    Advice to owner:
    Apartment could use renovating
