Recently renovated, laundry in unit, not far from the train station.
They cut a lot of corners renovating. There was zero gas in our apartment for two months and they illegally rented the basement so I have been paying for their gas. Anytime there’s a leak, an outage, or any safety issues it takes at least a week for them to even respond, let alone fix it.
Sell the property.
