Short walk to several parks Right above a snack and smoke shop Neighborhood is super cute, lots of good food, bars, and cafes
Neighbor drums sometimes, other neighbor sometimes plays loud music Street noise can be tough (not far from the BQE either) Has a nice backyard, but it is almost never used for anything beyond smoking
