Needs some basic quality of living upgrades, overall a nice place to live

Pros:
Beautiful pre-war building
Nice neighbors
Quiet
Cons:
Run down bathrooms and kitchen with cheap acrylic tubs and low quality toilets
Leaks
Heat is spotty and it can be far too cold on winter days
windows are damaged
super will eventually help if you push constantly
Advice to owner:
Such a good building - don't ignore the basics or you will lose good tenants that expect a bathroom and kitchen that isn't fitted so cheaply it cant be cleaned, address rodent complaints, replace windows that are allowing heat to escape, clean the halls regularly, consider investing in a small laundry room. Seriously-you're ignoring the basics and will lose quality tenants who won't put up with it no matter how much they love the other features of this otherwise great spot.
